I’ve had a lot of health problems over the years and in my quest to heal my body I have read way more books on the subject than any non medical person should ever have to read. Unfortunately when our health suffers, we get 15 minutes with our doctors and the rest is up to us.
Here are the books that have done the most for my health and have the most comprehensive, correct information (in my opinion, based on having read so many other books and seen what’s inside those). Read them if you’re having health issues, especially stomach/gut/digestion related ones.
